MARKETING BROCHURES

The marketing brochure will be produced and assembled by the team in cooperation with our marketing team. Effective, detailed brochures are essential to creating the proper identity for each building. It is critical that these be produced as quickly and carefully as possible. The brochures will be completed in the initial marketing phase and utilized in a number of ways.

A marketing brochure will be prepared upon execution of the listing agreement. It will inform prospective investors as well as brokers about the unique opportunity each property presents while highlighting the investment characteristics of each building. 

One of the greatest responsibilities we have in the marketing of this asset is to keep them at the forefront of the brokerage community. We intend to make the brokerage community intimately familiar with the property.

DIRECT E-MAIL PROGRAMS

An e-mail program will be implemented using a package built around the marketing brochure. The initial mailing will go to investors active in the local and regional area who own or have owned similar types of brick buildings.

The Marketing Team’s responsibilities will include:

Exclusively represent the best interests of the client, by overseeing and coordinating the marketing plan

Exposing the asset to potential investors of similar properties
