Managing Director  | Meet Brian Hahs

Brian is the
Managing Director of the Commercial Group of Tampa Bay. He leads a dedicated
and knowledgeable team of advisors representing clients in all areas of
commercial real estate.  In 2016 Brian
moved from New York to sunny Florida bringing with him a wealth of knowledge
and experience in all areas of business and real estate.

In New
York Brian owned the accounting firm, Brian Thomas Associates. His clients
included all facets of small businesses and individuals. He provided consulting
and tax services in the areas of sales tax, payroll tax, corporate and
S-corporate tax, LLC, and personal income tax.

Brian
also provided financial planning services in all areas of life insurance,
annuities, retirement plans and managed money accounts.

In
1998. Brian started in real estate as a real estate agent associated with two
different real estate firms on Long Island. He started his own brokerage in
2006, Brian Thomas Realty Inc, servicing both residential and commercial real
estate.

In
2016, Brian decided to move to Florida and specialize in Commercial Real
Estate. He understands the importance of networking and building relationships
and has accumulated 25+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge to execute
and navigate commercial real estate transactions for sellers, buyers, and
landlords/tenants from inception to closing. He knows first-hand how to guide
others through the process and negotiate and close transactions successfully.
